Eric Olivier is an industrial executive with over 25 years of experience leading strategic and operational transformations within global industrial and service groups.
He has held senior leadership positions and global responsibilities — General Management, Strategy, Business Development and Service —
at organisations including GE, Alstom, Veolia Environnement,
Wärtsilä and John Crane, operating across all regions of the world.
He has managed service divisions employing over 1,000 people and overseen portfolios of up to €800M.
Alongside his consulting practice, Eric serves as VP of an angel investment fund, working directly with industrial startups on fundraising strategy and scaling — an experience that sharpens his
understanding of innovation ecosystems and the gap between R&D and real-world industrial application.
He founded VERKOR Consulting with a clear purpose: to offer industrial organisations a different kind of advisory — senior, independent, field-tested and results-oriented.

Dr. Cathie Vix-Guterl is an internationally recognized scientific leader with more than 30 years of experience at the interface between research, innovation and industry. She previously served as Vice President R&D at TotalEnergies, where she created and led a division dedicated to technology exploration and the management of the R&D portfolio. Earlier in her career, she was Research Director at the CNRS, where she founded and directed major research and innovation structures, including the Institut des Sciences des Matériaux de Mulhouse and the Carnot MICA Institute, a national structure connecting laboratories and industrial partners.
Cathie Vix-Guterl contributes to VERKOR Consulting as a Senior Advisor, bringing her expertise in innovation strategy, technology transformation and leadership in scientific and technical organizations.
